    WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?

    Orders placed within Germany are usually delivered within 1–3 working days.
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery at any time.

    Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.

    HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

    If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
    The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

    To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will guide you through the return process and provide all necessary instructions.

    WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?

    Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
    The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

    You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been issued.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
    This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
